Just wanted to know how the hell you are doing?!?! And how about everyone else??? How's everyone's sol commin? What are the current plans? Future plans? Hope there aren't any other solers sellin their pride and joy like *cougherikcough* lol jk jk

Hmm, so is Geo the defacto gossip guru who is supposed to keep tabs on everyone with a sol? That's good to know.

I'm still trying to find time to work on the cars. Solitaire is in mom's garage and I just don't get over there that often. Plus, all my tools are at my house. Holly still needs body work but I don't have a garage yet. For some reason, Thurston County wants a full permit for repairing a leaky flat roof if you want to replace it with anything but the same bad design and build from the 80's. So, I've been doing a lot of yard work and trying to repair/replace the decking and other water damage to the house from neglect by the previous owner(s). Also, there was a bad repair to the septic tank that failed so that set me back a thousand. Then, my contractor got a drainage plan from a dubious engineering firm in town that sent out two guys to walk around the property for about half an hour and then charged over $3400 for the drawings.

Now, I'm looking for a new job because my supervisor thinks I'm 'paranoid' and 'unreliable' because I voiced my opinion which wasn't exactly all roses for her 'Golden Child'. She also got two new people she wanted in management positions that were open and immediately started making excuses for their ineptitude when I pointed out that their decisions were making my job difficult and me irrelevant.

About the only good thing thus far is that the property next to me finally sold and the new owner is actually cleaning out the pig sty and health hazard.

Hell, I just moved into a new place and realized I have no furniture. So I have to furnish a whole new duplex from scratch, with higher rent. My computer just shat the bed so I have to post this from work. and the Sol's valve seals also just blew. I'm burning a quart in 600 miles [img]eek.gif[/img] [img]graemlins/cry_smile.gif[/img] So I have to drive the Jeep 'til I get the head to a machine shop which won't be until at least next weekend. So I've got 20mpg to deal with and a 25 mile commute.

Hey im about to join the club too...i was gonna give my 2 week notice on thursday when the boss pretty much said i was useless, but he left before noon so now i gotta wait till tuesday to do it. I need a break as well...we will have to go on a drive or something to mellow out and finally enjoy a summer...

This is what I've been installing this past week. Had to run all new wiring (220V) and of course cut a hole in the wall for it, but man is it nice to stay cool during the heat this week.
